1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
During high-volume periods (e.g., launches, sales, or holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.
2. Pre-Orders
If you have purchased a Pre-Order item, please note each piece is made-to-order and crafted with premium materials to ensure top tier quality. Due to the high level of customization and attention to detail, please allow approximately 6-8 weeks for delivery.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using the link provided.
4. International Orders & Customs
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country of residence. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and may be due upon delivery.
5. Address Issues & Undeliverable Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Mainstream is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly submitted addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Mainstream is not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend shipping to a secure location and tracking your order closely. If you believe your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly or email us at mainstreamcs@gmail.com for support.
